Corrugated board

Two paper liners and a fluted medium, bonded into a rigid yet lightweight sheet. The flute profile — E, B, C or a double-wall combination — defines strength, cushioning and print quality.

Die-cut & creased

A cutting die punches the blank in a single stroke and scores every fold line, so each box folds square, fast and identically — carton after carton.

Printed

Your brand goes on in up to six flexo colours directly on the board — or offset-laminated for photographic quality and premium finishes.

Folded & glued

The manufacturer's joint is glued and the blank folds into a tube. Boxes travel flat to save space, then erect in seconds on your packing line.
