Contact and quote requests

The contact form on this website does not send your details to a server. When you click Send via WhatsApp or Send via e-mail, your own WhatsApp or e-mail application opens with your message pre-filled, and you decide whether to send it. From that moment, your message is processed by WhatsApp or your e-mail provider under their own privacy policies, and we receive it as a normal message.

We use the details you send us (name, company, contact details and the content of your request) only to answer your request and, if you place an order, to prepare and deliver it. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures and of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We keep your data only as long as necessary to handle your request and to meet our legal (for example accounting) obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not store information on your device. Fonts and scripts are served from this website itself.

Third-party services

• Map — the map on the contact page is provided by OpenStreetMap and only loads after you click Show map. The OpenStreetMap Foundation then receives your IP address.
• Directions and WhatsApp links — these open Google Maps or WhatsApp, which are subject to their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You may ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for data portability. Contact us by phone or post using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
